Again, over five hundred residents of Ikorodu Federal Constituency today received food palliative from Rep Babajimi Benson’s I-Care Foundation Food Bank.
The distribution exercise came less than one week to the annual Eid-el-Fitri Celebration, signaling the end of the 30 Day Muslim fasting.
Apart from Muslim faithfuls, hundreds of residents, comprising of widows, aged, youths, religious groups,CDAs and other vulnerable members of the community also benefitted from the massive food palliative.
Many of the beneficiaries who could not hide their excitements at the relief sang praises of the Ikorodu-born federal lawmaker.
Others went spiritual by offering heartfelt prayers to the Chairman, House of Reps Committee on Defence for bringing relief to them.
