This is good news to parents and guardians of Ikorodu North LCDA, as an Ikorodu based new generation Church, The Elevation Church is set to productively engage Ikorodu school children through by hosting a 2-Day Free Summer Coding Boot Camp.
Our correspondent was reliably informed that the Church is hosting the boot camp in fulfilment of one of her corporate social responsibility initiatives to her host community.
The event, which holds at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology LASUSTECH e-centre will feature practical skill trainings on Coding, Animation, Computer Basic, Web Design, Graphics Design among other tech skills.
The camp which is for children between ages 9 to 16 will also feature games, fun and lots more.
The training programme holds from Friday, 25th to Saturday 26th August, 2023 between 9am and 12 Noon daily.
Though, the programme is free, interested parents and guardians are required to follow the link below to pre-register their wards for participation.

It would be recalled that, The Elevation Church, Ikorodu in 2021 embarked on a Food Drive initiative where it distributed over 3,000 food packs to vulnerable residents of Ikorodu Division in partnership with Ikorodu Oga Development Association (IKODASS).
