One of Ikorodu’s foremost social clubs of outstanding and accomplished professionals, The Exclusives is set to host the duo of Justice Muhammed Abiru and Mr Said Sanusi, SAN to a special reception in celebration of their recent individual professional feats.
While Justice Abiru was recently elevated as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, his kins man and colleague in Tue Exclusives, Mr Said Sanusi, SAN was among outstanding lawyers recently inducted into the highest and prestigious rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
Both Abiru and Sanusi are prominent Ikorodu Division sons and members of The Exclusives.
To make the reception historic and memorable, The Exclusives President, Alh Babatunde Tajudeen Rotinwa who is a former Lagos State Head of Service is leaving no stone unturned.
Rotinwa today, led a delegation of the planning committee to the meeting of Ikorodu Division Council of Obas and Chiefs to formally intimate them of the goodnews on the accomplishments of their two sons and invite royal fathers to the reception.
Addressing the monarchs, Rotinwa noted that the two learned gentlemen have done Ikorodu Division proud and deserved to be celebrated.
He however noted that such reception would be incomplete without the active involvement of Ikorodu Division Council of Obas and Chiefs, hence the special invitation extended to the monarchs.
Responding on behalf of the Council, Ranodu of Imota, Oba Ajibade Bakare Agoro, who presided over the meeting spoke glowingly about Alh Rotinwa’s pedigree as a former Permanent Secretary,.Lagos State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and later, Lagos State Head of Service.
He assured the delegation that the royal institution of the Division was behind the event and would honour their invitation.
The reception holds on Sunday, 9th March, 2024 at The Exclusives Club House, along Ireshe Road, Ikorodu.
