This is definitely not the best of time for the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon Wasiu Adeshina, as a group under the aegis of Ikorodu Ambassadors Group has initiated a process to pass a vote-of-no-confidence on the council chair and his administration over what they termed his insensitivity to the plight of residents on the chaotic traffic situation at the Ikorodu garage roundabout, Ojubode and Ayangbure Road in the community.
The situation, which has become a source of concern to residents and motorists, has been largely due to the failure of the Adeshina-led administration to address the flagrant abuse of traffic and anti-street trading laws of Lagos State in the area.

Do you agree that; The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Wasiu Adesina an his team should be held responsible and sanctioned incase of any calamity caused by the ugly scene created by Market Men and Women, Bike Men (okada riders), Tricycle Operators (keke marua), Taxi/Cab Operators and beggars on Lagos road, Ikorodu from Lagos Water Corporation opposite First Bank to Ikorodu Roundabout to Oriwu Central Mosque and to Ojubode on Ayangburen Road.
Because the Adesina led administration have failed to restore normalcy on all these routes.

So far, the post has been generating very overwhelming negative reactions from members of the group and other concerned stakeholders, with many saying YES and condemning the Adeshina-led administration for official insensitivity high dereliction of duty.
