It is with great delight and immense joy that I extend my birthday felicitations to my mentor and leader, Mayor Deen Sanwoola. I wish you many happy returns of the day, sir, and I join family, friends and well wishers to thank God for His mercy and grace on you and your family.
Dear Deen, I salute your vision for transformation as I am always in awe of your inimitable proactive leadership style. Indeed, you are a visionary leader, a mastermind of great ideas, and a strategic thinker whose contributions continue to inspire transformative change.
Sir, your unique ability to conceptualise, innovate, and execute rewarding actions sets you apart as a true architect of progress and a beacon of intellectual leadership. I doff my hat to you as you consistently demonstrate what it means to be a result-driven guru and a policy wizard.
Even more exceptional is your approach to development. You step ahead of theory to build practical, impactful, and sustainable developmental programmes.
