The ongoing rehabilitation of the Ikorodu Central Mosque Eid-Ground sponsored by the Chairman, Senate Committee On Industries and the Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru is on course to meet the stipulated project timeline.
Abiru, the Ekerin Adinni of Ikorodu Central Mosque is undertaking the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Eid Praying Ground located on 33-35 Oke-Ota Ona, Ikorodu as his personal project.
In the Project board erected at the Eid ground, the rehabilitation work is being carried out by Precious Kornerstone Engineering Limited and being supervised by Rojo Construction Company.
The office of the Chief Imam of Ikorodu was sighted as the client with Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru as Sponsor.
When completed, the Eid ground would be transformed from its current bare sand to interlocked floor with a large ablution area and elevated section for the Chief Imam.
