Today is a special day in the entire Ipakodo Kingdom of Ikorodu West LCDA, as the Sekumade of Ipakodo, Oba Basiru Aremu Sotonwa is a year older.
Torrents of goodwill messages and felicitations has continued to pour in from far and wide, in celebration of the monarch’s special day.
The first of series of messages came from a Prince of Ipakodo Kingdom from the Osomeku Ruling House and Chairman, House of Reps Committee on Defense, Rep Babajimi Adegoke Benson.

commended Oba Sotonwa for his continued support for the development of Ipakodo Kingdom and its adjoining communities.
His message reads in part, ‘I heartily rejoice with the Sekumade of Ipakodo, His Royal Majesty, Oba Bashir Aremu Shotonwa on the occasion of his birthday’.
‘I commend and appreciate your continuous support and dedication towards the growth and development of Ipakodo and its surrounding communities in Ikorodu Division’, he added.
The federal lawmaker further prayed for the good Lord grant the revered monarch more years in good health and prosperity on the throne of his forebears.
