’Peju Akinyemi studied Public Administration at the prestigious University of Calabar, Nigeria and graduated in year 2000. He had a fulfilling advertising career with one of Nigeria’s leading marketing communications group, comprising of an advertising and outdoor agency Wing Communications Limited- WINCOMM and Wetherheads Outdoor respectively.
He resigned from paid employment in 2005 to float Ikorodu’s first community marketplace publication, Trades & Contacts Magazine. Not done, Peju, a Profilic Publisher and Media Entrepreneur also floated a sleek, all-colour Owan’be Magazine in 2009.
In 2007, Peju alongside other media and advertising professionals across Nigeria was honoured with the membership of the prestigious Advertising Practitioners’ Corporation of Nigeria (APCON). He was inducted alongside Guy Murray Bruce of Silverbird TV.
