His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, The Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, was on Monday, March 27, 2017, inducted into the Lagos State Council of Obas and Chiefs at a ceremony held at the T Block Extension of the Ministry of Local Government & Commuities Affairs, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja.
The occasion which was chaired by His Royal Majesty, Oba Aremu Okikiola Akiolu, Olowo Eko; the Oba of Lagos, welcomed Oba Kasali into the elite class of traditional rulers in the state with prayers.
In attendance were the four Permanent Vice Chairmen of the Lagos Council of Obas; His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi; the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oba A.O Adesanya, the Alara of Ilara, De Aholu Menu-Toyi I, Akran of Badagry Kingdom and His Royal Majesty, Oba Rauf Amore, the Olu of Ikeja.
Other royal fathers who graced the occasion from Ikorodu division were His Royal Majesty, Oba Ajibade Bakare-Agoro, the Ranodu of Imota, His Royal Majesty, Oba Akeem Aderiromi Oyebo, Obateru of Egbin, and Oba Richard Ogunsanya; the Olubeshe of Ibeshe, among other high chiefs.
