Chief Ajomale said ‘who says we cannot win across all the local government and local council areas in the state. You must ensure victory for our party, come Saturday’.
Meanwhile, the executive governor of Lagos state, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode has appealed to all aggrieved party members over the process leading to the emergence of candidates for the forthcoming polls to sheathe their swords in the interest of the party and his administration, which is said is just in its second year.
The governor further charged aggrieved party members to work for the victory of the party’s candidates at the forthcoming polls, to guarantee continuous delivery of democracy dividends to Lagosians. He also enjoined them to be futuristic as there were several benefits to be enjoyed under his government, beyond the current local government positions.
The APC flag was subsequently presented to the candidates by the party’s chairman, Chief Henry Ajomale who was assisted by the speaker, Lagos state house of assembly, Rt Hon Mudashiru Obasa.
