In line with the modified low-key 2020 Ikorodu Oga Day Celebrations programme of activities, IKODASS has lined up of some seasoned politicians, academia and youth leaders for this year’s Maiden Ikorodu Oga Day Celebration Commemorative Lecture which holds tomorrow Saturday, 21st November at the Ultra-Modern Ikorodu Town Hall auditorium.
While Hon Ola Animashaun, a Lawyer and former Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly is to deliver the Commemorative Lecture tagged, ‘Ikorodu-Double Pursuit of Economic and Political Relevance’, a former Federal Minister for Works, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe will be leading other eminent personalities, which includes Prof, Kunle Ade Wahab and Dr Surajudeen Mudashiru of the Department of Political Science, Lagos State University (LASU) as discussants.
Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State, Comrade Olalekan Billiamin will be joining other discussants to give youthful perspective to the lecture topic.
The lecture, slated for 10am will also be graced by key Ikorodu community stakeholders from all walks of life.
Omo’ba ‘Peju-Akinyemi, Founder/CEO of Ikorodu Oga Radio, Nigeria’s premier online Community Radio will be the anchor of the auspicious event.
