IDPILG TAKES DELIVERY OF 10 BRAND NEW SALOON CARS, 2 PICK UPS AS SANWO-OLU APPROVES AGRIC COMPLEX ITA-ELEWA AS BODY’S OFFICE

The operations of the newly established Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative has received a major boost, with the delivery of ten (10) brand new saloon cars and two (2) new pick ups to the body.

The latest deliveries are in addition to the initial four (4) pick up vehicles and forty (40) motor bikes singlehandedly donated by Odofin Ogunsanya, who is also the Board of Trustees Chairman of the body, towards the effective operations of the organization.

Similarly, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has approved the release of the abandoned Ministry of Agriculture Complex at Ita Elewa, behind the Ikorodu Post Office to the body as their operational headquarters.

Governor Sanwo-Olu’s approval was communicated to the body through the Executive Secretary of IDPILG, Otunba Ganiyu Olusegun Abiru.

The letter of approval was routed through the office of the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture, Ms Abisola Olusanya, a daughter of the soil whose office facilitated the release of the complex to IDPILG.

With the foregoing, it will be safe to state that it will no more be business as usual for criminals and miscreants anywhere across the Ikorodu Division.
