In the spirit of today’s Eid-el-Fitri celebration, the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, Builder Adeola Banjo has felicitated with Muslims faithfuls across his council area.
Banjo is his message urged residents to embrace brotherhood and compassion as instilled by the Ramadan fast.

Dear Islamic Brothers and Sisters,
As we rejoice in the joyous occasion of Eid-al-Fitr, I extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. May this blessed festival mark the culmination of a month filled with devotion, reflection, and spiritual growth.
As the holy month of Ramadan comes to an end, I pray that Allah showers His mercy upon you and accepts your fasting and prayers as acts of worship. May your hearts be filled with gratitude for the blessings of the past 30 days, and may you continue to reap bountifully from the sacrifices you have made.
As we celebrate Eid-al-Fitr, let us not forget the significance of this joyous occasion to our dear Ikorodu North LCDA, known as the Tower of Resources. Just as the tower stands tall and resilient, may we, as a community, stand firm in faith and unity, drawing strength from the spirit of brotherhood and compassion that Ramadan has instilled in us.
Let us also remember to keep our beloved nation in our thoughts and prayers, seeking Allah’s guidance and blessings for peace, unity, and prosperity for all.
In the spirit of Eid-al-Fitr, let us continue to uphold the values of compassion, generosity, and kindness towards one another. Let us extend a helping hand to those in need and share the blessings of this festive season with love and humility.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “He who gives iftar to another fasting person shall earn reward equivalent to a fasting man without detracting from the reward of the latter.” (Tirmidhi)
