Just as the entire Ikorodu Federal Constituency has been in a frenzy mood in celebration of the 50th Birthday Anniversary of Mrs Jumoke Benson, wife of Rep Benson, the Chairman House Committee on Defense today, the Federal Lawmaker has decided to give his Constituents a birthday gift on behalf of his better-half.
He new road, when completed will create an access to the newly established Passport Office and also connect more than 10 Community Development Areas (CDAs) to other parts of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA.
Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA political leaders and community stakeholders who graced the flag-off ceremony praised Benson for putting smiles on the faces of their people, through the road project.
Speaking on the road project, Benson noted said, ‘Today, I had the privilege of inaugurating the construction of Owolabi Shodara Street and Adeyanju Street, which are located off Akin Ogunlewe road in Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA.
‘These two roads, once completed, will serve not only the newly established Passport Office in Igbogbo but also connect more than 10 Community Development Areas (CDAs) to other parts of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA’, he stated.
