Three leading youth aspirants for Lagos State House of Assembly, Ikorodu Constituency 1 namely; Samson Bisiriyu (Igbega Ikorodu), Eniola Adeyemi (Wake-Up) and Bolaji Isikalu (IBO) yesterday held a closed door meeting to discuss areas of possible collaboration and to also ensure a youth emerges as the party flag bearer in the forthcoming Lagos House of Assembly primaries.
The trio who are all under age 40 have obtained and submitted their nomination forms in readiness for the upcoming primaries slated for May 22.
It should be noted that out of over 17 aspirants who indicated interest in Ikorodu Constituency 1 House of Assembly seat, only about 8 of them purchased nomination form, with three of them being these dynamic youths.
Thiugh, details of the meeting and its outcomes was not made public, a source who is close to the meeting said the youth aspirants are not ruling out possible collaboration in order to ensure one or them clinches the party’s ticket.
