One of the leading All Progressives Congress aspirant for the Ikorodu Constituency 1 seat of the Lagos State House of Assembly on the platform of the ruling party, Hon Saheed Ibikunle, popularly called Omoluabi has taken a step further in his campaign bid.
The accomplished academia and grassroots politician has launched what he termed, More Revolution Campaign, which takes him and his campaign team to the streets and interiors of Ikorodu town.
The More Revolution Street Campaign was launched at the LG Primary School, Ipakodo in Ikorodu West LCDA on Sunday, 9th September, 2018 afforded the assembly hopeful an opportunity to sell his candidacy and engage the youths on the football pitch.
The street campaign, in the last one week has been to Lucky Fibre in Ikorodu North LCDA, where Hon Ibikunle parleyed with his teeming supporters and party faithfuls from the area.
Speaking to Ikorodu Oga Radio on the idea behind the street campaign, Hon. Ibikunle noted that, with the directive by the party leadership for direct primary elections, it was imperative that he took his campaign to the party members across the three local government of Ikorodu Constituency 1
