In line with it’s SHEER Agenda of intervening in critical sectors of Ikorodu Division, the Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative IDPIL is set to commence screening exercise for the beneficiaries of the 2nd edition of her Scholarship and Bursary Award Scheme, which is the third acronym, E, which stands for Education in its SHEER Agenda.
Announcing the commencement of the screening exercise, Director of Admin and Finance, IDPIL, Mr Taiwo Awolaru T.H stated that the 3-day screening exercise will start from Monday 17th, through Wednesday, 19th July, 2023.
A full text of the notice is hereby reproduced below;
I am directed to inform you that the processes for the annual award of both the IDPIL scholarship and Bursary Scheme will commence as highlighted below:
A, Screening interview for those who applied for Bursary 2 will hold on Monday, 17th July 2023.
Each successful applicant will be given #50,000(one-off). This is open only to indigenes but indigent students from Ikorodu Division.
B, Bursary (1) interview will hold on 18th July 2023 and it attracts #100,000 for each of the successful candidates it is a one-off scheme open to Indegenes and Residents in Ikorodu Division. *(There are conditions attached to the scheme which have been made known to d applicants in the advert)
C. Screening interviews for those who applied for Scholarship will hold on Wednesday 19th July 2023 for Aptitude Test and Oral interview. Each successful applicant will be given #200,000 per year for the duration of his or her* course.)This is open to both Indigenes and Residents living in Ikorodu Division.
A total of 200 applicants are expected to benefit from the year 2023/2024 IDPIL Scholarship/Bursary Scheme, solely sponsored by IDPIL
Adequate arrangements have been made to ensure seamless exercises throughout the duration of the screening/interview..
Kindly note that each exercise will start at 11am daily
All activities will hold at LEO REGAL HALL AND EVENT PLACE @ Oluodo, Igbogbo.
