It was encomiums galore at the Ikorodu Local Government Secretariat Hall, venue of the 43rd Birthday celebration of the Ikorodu Divisional APC Woma hin Leader, Alh. Rashidat Bello.
The 2-in-1 Birthday and Women Empowerment Programme literally turned into a night of tributes, as Dignitaries across Ikorodu Division and beyond who graced the event poured encomiums on the celebrant.
First was the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Wasiu Adeshina who described Bello as a loyal, dependable and strong pillar of support for his almost ten years administration in Ikorodu Local Government.
Adeshina showered prayers on the celebrant, while wishing her many more wonderful and fulfilling years ahead.
The Lagos State APC Women Leader, Mrs Jumoke Okoya-Thomas, who was ably represented by her Assistant, Mrs …….. in her tribute commended Alh. Rashidat Bello, popularly called ‘Youngest Women Leader’ in Lagos State as one of her most dependable ally among other Women Leaders in the State.
She specifically praised Bello for being a passionate leader whose passion for service and well-being of the women folks on the ruling All Progressives Congress was unequalled.
Similarly, Ikorodu Local Government party leaders who graced the event also paid glowing tributes to the celebrant, for being the rallying point for party women across Ikorodu Division.
Speaking, on behalf of the members of Staff, Head of Administration of the Council, Mr…. thanked Alh. Bello for extending her kindness and good gestures to the Council Staffs.
Meanwhile, the Iyaloja-General of Ikorodu Division, Dcns Busola Isikalu in her goodwill message described Alh. Bello as a loving and caring woman whose milk of love has also flowed to market men and women in Ikorodu Division.
The Ikorodu market leader also praised Bello’s dedication to the upliftment of women in Ikorodu Division.
