
The Chairman, House of Reps Committee on Defense, Rep Babajimi Benson has commended the All Progressives Congress (APC) Exco members and other party stakeholders across Ikorodu Division for their unalloyed support and loyalty to the ruling party.
Benson, who is also the Member, representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency in the House of Reps hosted the party stakeholders today in continuation of his quarterly meeting with the stakeholders at his Constituency office in Ikorodu.
Addressing the mammoth crowd that turned up for the strategic meeting, Benson applauded the APC stakeholders for working hard for the party’s landslide victory at the July local government election.

He equally thanked them for standing by the party, through thick and thin, describing them as the pillar that holds the party.
Benson also seized the opportunity to appeal to the stakeholders to continue to show solidarity with the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led federal government, assuring them that the gains of the series of reforms embarked upon by President Tinubu will soon start yielding positive results.
Benson also commended the party faithfuls for mobilizing residents for the ongoing registration of voters by the Independent Electoral Commission.

He specifically appreciated them for overwhelming the INEC with massive turnouts leading to the referral of some residents to neighbouring Council areas outside Ikorodu Division.
Hon. Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA who also graced the meeting, commended Benson for always identifying with and showing appreciation to the party stakeholders.
The Council boss also charged the stakeholders on the need to mobilize residents for the ongoing voters registration exercise.

Executive Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, Hon Ameen Olawale Apanishile who also attended the stakeholders meeting commended Rep Benson’s commitment to the welfare of party members, while also pledging his administration’s commitment to the same.
Ikorodu Division APC Chairman, Hon. Tijani Olasunkanmi, in his brief remarks, thanked the stakeholders for always working for the victory of the ruling party at all elections.

He specifically commended them for raising the stakes during the last election by not just working for the party’s victory but ensuring that the party wins with good numbers.
