As the world marks the new year 2026, millions of Ikorodu Federal Constituents have been assured of a new year filled with fresh opportunities, deepen progress, and delivery of more dividends of democracy.
Member, representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency in the House of Reps, Babajimi Adegoke Benson gave this promise on Thursday, 1st January, in his new year message to the good people of Ikorodu.
Benson, in the new year message, which was made available to newsmen also called on his constituents to step together with him into a brighter 2026 with shared prosperity.

As we step into a brand-new year, I extend my heartfelt New Year greetings to the good people of Ikorodu Federal Constituency and Nigerians across our great nation.
The year 2025 tested our resilience, but it also strengthened our collective resolve. As we look ahead with renewed faith and optimism, I urge us all to remain hopeful, united, and steadfast in our belief in a better and more prosperous Nigeria.
The New Year brings fresh opportunities to deepen progress, expand development, and deliver greater dividends of democracy to our people. I reaffirm my unwavering commitment to effective representation, people-centred legislation, and impactful interventions that will continue to improve lives and livelihoods.
